Hammetts Hotel

Located along the iconic America's Cup Avenue in Newport, Hammetts Hotel is an exciting second phase of the Scotts Wharf Master Plan. The development also features a unique restaurant, fresh retail space and an expansive deck overlooking the Newport Harbor. In order to meet strict permitting requirements relating to sea level rise, the building's first floor was set above the 100-year flood elevation with partially hidden parking on the ground floor. The landscape design unifies the building with its dynamic surrounding streetscape. Stone planters and welcoming entry steps lead directly to the elevated deck boasting Newport's best maritime views.
