Historic East Greenwich Residence

Located in the Historic Hill and Harbor District in East Greenwich, this site is home to not only a charming residence dating back to the 1800’s, but also a majestic ash tree, estimated to be over 100 years old. It was the clients' goal to create an outdoor space designed around this stately tree that would meet their entertaining needs and allow them to take full advantage of their yard.

Landscape improvements included an expansive patio framed by a fieldstone wall, with stone sourced from the site, and new bluestone steps leading down to a formal lawn.
